The staff were accommodating, helping us secure pool and breakfast reservations. Plus, our special birthday cake was a good surprise when we arrived. Perfect for families!
In my wife's opinion, a designated play area for kids would be great.

There a local residential area opposite and food court there has many choice in cheap price, at night, I can walk to China town food court for more selection. Walk to Boon tat street for satay just for 10 min., also MRT station just beside.
Must turn on the "Do not disturb" light otherwise the room cleaner will try to wake you up every half hour from 9:30am. Internet very slow from 4 pm - 8 pm.

Stylish and spacious stay!
Just spent 2 nights at this place, and it was awesome! The room was super spacious with cool decor. That smart TV was a sweet addition. Breakfast? Yummy! The staff were really friendly and helped us out. Only thing was that the wifi could get a bit slow at times, but overall, a great stay.

Beds were not that comfortable.

I thought that the staff were very courteous and helpfull - extremely accomodating and difficult to fault. Please note that I stayed three (3) nights and not one night and the de-luxe room was an upgrade as the hotel was full, but I believe upgraded as many do not like 2 single beds.
The FAX system at the hotel is terrible - I have stayd there twice in the last month and they simply cannot receive and delivr a fax within 30 minutes, even if clearly addressed - simply terrible system - thias is not a complaint but simply a fact.

Its location is marvellous & magnificent, short walk to Chinatown and the famous Maxwell Hawker Centre and especially the transport and cleanliness and many Korean restaurants. Shenton Way district is absolutely worth visiting...

We visited the local markets and enjoyed the stylish bar in the hotel. The central location was perfect for exploring. The rooms were newly renovated and spacious. The pool area was a nice getaway. Highly recommended!
We faced a delay with checking into our room, frustrating after a long flight. It took us an hour to settle in, and we hoped for a smoother start.

Overall a top-class brand-new hotel. Location not far from the Gardens on the Bay taxi, a mall which is very convenient, and Marina Bay, Sentosa, and Chinatown. Also, in Mumbai. Well-appointed rooms with good views, amazing location. Thoughtful and reasonably good personnel at the receptionist. Nice swimming pool area and large and plentiful breakfast with the lobster and juices, as for instance.

hotel is confortable and employees at the front desk efficient
There are no areas for smokers. I stood for a little while at the Coffee Shop without being attended or offered a table; I had to go for my breakfast at the shopping centre instead!
